The website provides an internal numerology calculator that allows: • Full numerology chart calculations for clients • Saving client details and their calculations in your account • Managing and viewing your saved clients list • Quick access to previous calculations Use of the calculator and saving client data is subject to the following terms: • You are responsible for obtaining consent from your clients before saving their data • The responsibility for proper use of client data is yours alone • Client data may not be shared with third parties without their consent • Deleting your account will permanently delete all client data
It is important to understand and agree to the following terms regarding your client data: Limitation of Liability: • The Professional Numerology Association is not responsible for the loss, deletion, or damage to your client data for any reason • We are not responsible for technical failures, system errors, or server failures that may cause data loss • We are not responsible for data deletion due to system updates, maintenance, or technical changes • In case of website or service closure, all data will be deleted without the possibility of recovery User Responsibility: • It is strongly recommended to backup your client data regularly (PDF download or external records) • The responsibility for maintaining backups is yours alone • We have no ability to recover data that has been deleted for any reason By registering on the site and using client management services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and will not make claims against the Association in case of data loss.
The site provides a Q&A forum for the community. Use of the forum is subject to the following terms: Who Can Participate: • Any registered user can ask questions • Only certified numerologists (active subscribers) can answer questions • Numerologist answers are displayed with a professional badge Code of Conduct: • Treat all participants with respect • Do not post offensive, insulting, or harassing content • Do not post sensitive personal information of others • Do not post marketing content or spam • Do not post content that violates copyright Association Rights: • The Association reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content • The Association may suspend or block users who violate the rules • Content posted in the forum remains the property of the author, but the Association receives a license to display it
The site provides an internal messaging system. Use of the system is subject to the following terms: System Purpose: • Professional contact with numerologists in the directory • Scheduling appointments and consultations • Professional questions and information requests Prohibited Use: • Sending spam or unwanted commercial messages • Harassment or offensive behavior • Sending inappropriate or sexual content • Impersonating another person • Collecting personal information for purposes unrelated to numerology User Protection: • You can block harassing users • You can report inappropriate messages • The Association may review messages in case of complaints
The site provides a directory of certified numerologists. Use of the directory is subject to the following terms: Directory Appearance Requirements: • Only numerologists with active subscriptions can appear in the directory • Accurate and truthful information must be provided • Misleading information or unfulfillable promises are not allowed Numerologist Responsibility: • You are responsible for your profile content • You are responsible for meeting the commitments you publish • You must update information when it changes Association Rights: • The Association may remove profiles that violate the terms • The Association is not responsible for the quality of service numerologists provide • The Association is not a party to agreements between numerologists and their clients
The site allows blocking of harassing users: • You can block any user who harasses or sends unwanted messages • A blocked user will not be able to send you additional messages • In cases of severe harassment, report to the Association • The Association may take action against harassing users, including suspension or permanent blocking
After registration, you will receive a 7-day free trial. During this period, you can cancel your subscription without charge. If you do not cancel, the subscription will be activated and you will be charged according to your selected plan.
Our refund policy: • You can cancel at any time during the 7-day trial without charge • After the trial period, there are no refunds for digital content that has been viewed • Canceling a subscription will stop future charges but will not provide a refund for previous periods • No refunds after 14 days from the first payment
All content on the site, including videos, texts, images, and designs, is the exclusive property of the Professional Numerology Association. • Content may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written permission • Recording or photographing course content is prohibited • Copyright violations will result in subscription cancellation and legal action
Certificates issued by the site: • Indicate completion of courses and tests on the site • Are not recognized as official governmental or academic certification • Can be verified using a unique code on the website
The user agrees to: • Provide accurate information during registration • Not share their login credentials with others • Not attempt to hack or bypass the site's security systems • Not use content for commercial purposes without permission • Behave respectfully toward other users in the forum and messaging system
